This is for the cost of the key fob only. Each membership will grant different access based on that membership. You will still need your key fob programmed to begin using it. See staff for details.
ACCESS & SAFETY AGREEMENT FOR LIFT FITNESS
SAFETY
As an exclusive fitness club, our number one goal is to keep our members safe and maintain a secure environment. For your safety, our facility is monitored and recorded by video surveillance to help ensure that it is only open to current members and authorized guests.
Please be aware that there will be no emergency services or staff to assist with medical emergencies.
MEMBER ACCESS
All members must check in using the access pad at the door. To ensure ongoing safety and quality control, each member must enter the facility using their own fob. Fob access use is contingent on the member’s account being in good standing.
Emergency doors are only for emergency use and will sound an alarm and alert management upon opening. Opening an unauthorized door will result in a fee and possible suspension of membership, except in an emergency situation.
TAILGATING
Do not allow someone to “tailgate” you into the club (letting another person into the club with you), even if it is another member. It is important we have accurate data of who and how many people are in the facility at all times. Do not hold or open the door for someone else, even if you know them. Each member is given the same instructions and will and respect you following these guidelines.
LOST/STOLEN FOBS
Please report a lost or stolen fob immediately to the office (
[email protected]) so that we may disable it and issue a new one to maintain security and safety. The replacement cost of the fob is $40 and is non-refundable.
GUESTS
To bring a guest please contact the club to arrange guest access by contacting
[email protected] or calling 772-778-7867.
MAINTENANCE
• To help maintain your facility, please disinfect/wipe down and put away equipment that you use.
• Please report any unusual circumstances or broken equipment to the office immediately.
• All members must conduct themselves in an appropriate, courteous manner.
Per this agreement and to ensure the highest quality of service at all times, violating the above policies are subject to fines, suspension of use and possible termination of membership. Fines will charged directly to your account. First violation $50, second violation $100, third violation suspension of membership.
